NDIS Incident Management Rules s 18 (key personnel make sure incidents are notified)
Members of the provider's key personnel, and the person nominated under paragraph 10(1)(c) to report to the Commissioner, must take all reasonable steps to ensure that reportable incidents connected with the provider's supports are notified to the Commissioner.
